I gave the 5 stars for the promptness of The Vein Institute contacting me after I clicked on their Facebook page and filled out the questionnaire. It wasn’t even a day and they had got back to me. I didn’t decide to do anything at that time but a few weeks later I contacted them and they remembered me from before. We got my consultation set up and my UltraSound was done and as soon as they knew my Insurance would approve, which by the way they handled all of that, they scheduled my procedures. This place is so kind and professional, from the lady up front to the Assistant s and Dr Gardner is really great! He checked on my each time I had a procedure done in person over my phone. He genuinely cared about my leg problems as well as each other person in the office. I’m still not done and have two more appointments, but I already know, without a doubt, that The Vein Institute and Dr. Gardner will be my GoTo as far as any problems I have with my legs in the future! If you are looking for a Dr and an Office that cares, Talk to The Vein Institute! They are the Best!

Dr. Gardner and his team have been patient with answering my questions and helping me feel more comfortable with the procedures for my chronic varicose veins. The procedures were quick and painless. The staff was caring. I would recommend Dr.Gardner for any vein procedure.

I was told by my Dentist that I had what he called varicose veins inside of my jaws on each side and at the right corner of my lower lip and 2 on my outer lower lip. At the time I asked him if he knew anyone that could fix them and he said no. I asked my ENT and he really said he had never heard of them. I started calling vein Dr’s in the area when I happened to call Dr Gardner at the vein institute, he told me that he did them. He showed me a couple pictures where he had previously treated some others. And I can tell you today I am so glad and thankful that I found him and had my Venous Lake veins fixed. I didn’t know the actual name until Dr Gardner explained what they were. But again I’m so thankful that I can smile without have those dark purple masses show up .
