Avoid sitting for long periods

If you have to sit for very long, put up your feet! Make sure they are least six inches above your heart. Raise them a few times each day

Keep moving! If you move, your blood will move

Squeeze in some exercise when you can. It’s vital to your vein health that you maintain a regular exercise regimen

When sitting at a desk, roll your ankles in circles in both directions, and point and flex your feet
