Born and raised in Indiana. Mary moved to Cleveland, TN in 2006 and has loved living in Tennessee ever since then. She has worked in the medical field for more than 15 years and is committed to providing a wonderful experience for our patients. In addition to working hard at The Vein Institute, Mary also has two amazing children that keep her very busy, but she wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Born in Tennessee, but lived in many different places while her father was in the Navy. Robin earned her ultrasound degree from Wallace State College in Alabama. She has worked as a registered vascular technologist since 1997. Coming full circle, Robin moved back to Tennessee and is happy to call this great state her home once again. She is pleased to be part of The Vein Institute team and committed to the overall health of each patient. When not at work, Robin enjoys spending time with her family.
Born and raised in Rome, Georgia. Embree attended Samford University where she earned her degree in nursing. She is currently in the process of reinstating her license as she is coming out of “retirement”. Embree is a proud mother to three wonderful children and she’s happily married to her husband Chris, who is a nephrologist. She loves living on Signal Mountain and enjoys going for a run and spending time with her family.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. JaDon later moved to Memphis to attend Rhodes College where she earned her BA. She was a manufacturer’s representative for 11 years, but now prefers to assist patients directly in the office. Working alongside her husband, Dr. Gardner, she has found a good balance between work life and home life with their lovely two daughters. When she’s not working hard in the office, you’ll find JaDon creating an oil painting masterpiece, on the golf course, or just enjoying downtime with family and friends. JaDon is also a dedicated member and volunteer at her local church.
Born and bred in a small town in Alabama. Jennifer holds a BA in marketing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she was the Harvey Smith Award winner for outstanding performance in marketing. In addition, she graduated first in her class with an MA in public and private management from Birmingham-Southern College. For 11 years, Jennifer worked for a business-to-business marketing and communications firm, FitzMartin. In her role as operations officer for FitzMartin, she was responsible for the profitability of the firm.
Jennifer has been published in Plastic Surgery Practice and Surge, a publication of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. She has also been published with Advice Media. She is also a regular speaker for the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the Foundation for Facial Aesthetic Surgery's annual symposiums. Additionally, Jennifer also serves as the marketing expert for the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, writing articles for the quarterly newsletter.
In addition to her role at The Vein Institute at Southern Surgical Arts, Jennifer is a consultant to multiple physician practices, has served as President and is currently Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation,and as chair for the communications committee. She was the chair for the practice management program at the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery annual conferences in 2014, 2015 and 2017.
She serves on Chattanooga's American Heart Association Circle of Red, which is a passionate group of women committed to educating other women about the prevention of heart disease in a fun, heart-healthy way. Members have the influence and resources to significantly impact the community by making a personal commitment to help find a cure for the number one cause of death in women. In 2017, she served as the chair for Circle of Red and raised more money than past campaigns.
In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers in fundraising efforts for the PTOs at her children's schools.
